Service and billing terms
Version: September 15, 2026. These terms apply to GEMS Media’s real estate social video packages. Your selected package and payment schedule are shown before checkout.
Scope and delivery
We edit existing photos and video supplied or authorized by you. Packages include the deliverables and revision rounds listed on the page. A Single Listing includes one edit; Listing Launch includes three edits from one listing; Agent Content includes up to eight edits each month. Filming, posting to your accounts, paid advertising, and work outside the listed package require a separate agreement. We confirm the delivery timeline and asset suitability with you before production starts.
Payments and agreement length
With no commitment, Single Listing and Listing Launch are one-time purchases. Agent Content without a fixed term is a monthly subscription. Fixed 3-, 6-, and 12-month plans are monthly subscriptions with the selected number of payments; the displayed total is the full agreement amount. The first payment is due at checkout, and subsequent payments follow Stripe’s monthly billing schedule.
Ending and renewing
Fixed-term billing stops at the end of the agreement. Renewal requires a new agreement; no automatic renewal is implied. For the flexible Agent Content subscription, email hello@gemsmedia.co before your next billing date to cancel future payments. For early cancellation of a fixed term or a refund request, contact us so we can review the remaining scope, work completed, and circumstances with you. Do not assume a refund or release from the remaining agreement until we confirm it in writing. Nothing here limits rights that apply under law.
Listing assets and accuracy
You must have permission to provide and use all listing images, footage, branding, and information. Please review final content before posting and flag any inaccurate property details. We do not guarantee views, leads, sales, or listing performance.
